12 Acres – W.T. Harris Boulevard – This very visible site is located between W.T. Harris and Hickory Grove Road. Purchased from Hobart Smith Co.

18 Acres – Sugar Creek Road - Near W. T. Harris Blvd. Purchased by a Chicago-based development company from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC).

10 Acres – Strawberry Lane – This site was purchased from the Down estate, the original owners of a major portion of the Raintree Golf Course Community on Highway 51.

43 Acres – Knox Road with Lake Norman Frontage – This development required rezoning and a multitude of various types of engineering plans and investigations. It required dredging permits, slip approvals from Duke Power and the Atomic Energy Commission, Army Corps of Engineers and environmental surveys.

55 Acres – Providence Road – This was an interesting project. Some time was spent in researching to locate the owner which was the Chinese government.
